one rule and one rule only:
credit credit credit!!!
you can do this a couple different ways.
a) in the comments on your deviation b) on the actual image off-site (on sims and rpgs and whatnot) c) in the footer or on a credits page on a personal site (or your sim game or rpg) -- example on horselandblog.net
also i would be really, really happy if you would leave me a comment with a link to your deviation so i can check it out and fave. if you don't have a dA (why the heck not?), you can email me a link at julian@horselandblog.com.
Edited to add: If you play a sim game but don't know how to manip, you can use my unedited photos on your animals -- but they MUST be credited. On all the sim games I'm familiar with, you can add your own text into the horse's "type." As long as you add "photo by jettstock@dA" (or something similar) there, you're free to use it as far as I'm concerned. (You can also add a copyright tag on the picture itself with MS Paint or even Photobucket if you'd rather do that.)

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
